Our fundraisers for 2008 will include a fun pentathlon swim meet. The meet is open to all ages and will take place at Manual High School on April 24 and 25, 2008. The entry fee is $25.00 plus a $5.00 surcharge. Click here for details and registration.
A second fundraiser will be our annual Swim-a-poolooza, which will be held in August this year at the Crestmoor pool. We will add details soon.

First Grants
We are please to announce that we have awarded our first grants. Jacob Heilveil will be receiving a new hand cycle so that he may train for the Paralympics. His old cycle will be used as a loaner for disabled athletes new to the sport of cycling. Congratulations, Jacob! Our second grant will go to Joel Yates who was injured in an auto accident in December of 2006. Joel will receive a basketball wheelchair so that he can play basketball with the men's wheelchair team. Good luck Joel!
Thank you for your participation in this year's Swim-A-Poolooza!
The 2007 Swim-a-Poolooza was a resounding success. We raised over $15,000 this year; the money raised will be directly used to benefit seriously ill or injured athletes. The support of the swimmers, sponsors, and community members helped us to jump-start this foundation, allowing us to start helping those in need of our support even sooner than we had participated.
